Can Tom Ferry’s Coaching and Mentoring Work for You?

How’s it going?

It’s Paul the Real Estate Spy… taking a look at Tom Ferry Real Estate Speaker today.

I will be looking at the following:

  • Tom Ferry’s Background
  • Real Estate Coaching and Training
  • Tom Ferry’s Products and Seminars
  • Tom Ferry’s Mentoring Program and Coaching Costs
  • YourCoach
  • His Real Estate Training Videos
  • and more

More Importantly, can he help you win in your real estate career?

Dunno… we will see. I def. want you to win. Incidentally, way to be really committed to finding the tools, techniques and strategies to dominate out there.

Your brokers, buyers and sellers should be proud.

So…

Let’s dive into this deal:

According to the Wall Street Journal:

Real estate coaches have been emerging since the late 1980s and early 1990s (https://www.wsj.com/articles/top-coaches-for-real-estate-agents-1412265709).

A close friend of mine received coaching from Brian Buffini’s organization for years.  He no longer does, but he said he got a lot out of it when he did it.  (UPDATE 2018: My friend is back at it with Brian’s program and liking it). On a side note, a few days ago when I told him how I was doing in my business… he punched me in the chest (kinda hard not hard) and said, Dude… I get to say I knew you when… any ways back to the point… Another individual on the rise is  Joshua Smith and his coaching program.  Just FYI I am not pitching either program, just letting you know they are out there too. You can read my reviews of them.

No doubt these programs have merit. It’s just that spending money isn’t the only thing that is gonna get ya there.

Have you ever noticed that you can resist coaching (even after you paid handsomely for it)? Yeah… me too…Human nature.

Have you ever read a personal growth book, been blown out of your socks, then forgotten everything that inspired you?

My point stands. So ya gotta be careful what you spend your money on.

Inspiration and motivation come and go like the wind blows. You gotta have your bearings bullet proof before you get out there.

Success is a choice not a result of inspiration.

Can Tom Ferry and his offering work for you?

It kinda depends…

Real Estate Investing: A Look at Ted Thomas Training and Education | Can It Work for You?

ted thomas, ted thomas tax liens, ted thomas real estate, ted thomas scam, ted thomas seminars, ted thomas reviews

Hey, thanks for stopping by and visiting my site. I’m glad you’re here.

I assume that you came here looking for information on tax lien certificates as a real estate investing strategy. The man of the hour is Ted Thomas and I will tell you all about him in just a few minutes.

Before I do that though I would just like to check something out with you.

>>What brought you here today?

Are you looking to add to your income? Replace your income? Are you sick of your job? Want to get out of your 9-5 and be your own boss, work from home, make your own decisions, be financially free?

These are all great goals and I totally get all of them. You were me a few years ago. I was looking into real estate investing as the ticket to my financial freedom.

I got heavily involved in the real estate investing market and had a bunch of properties and was doing well. But suddenly the bottom fell out and it all went up in smoke.

I lost everything and had to start from scratch to make my comeback. Believe me, that road was no fun.

I still think that real estate investing is an honorable way to make a living, and can certainly lead to financial freedom. But there is a lot of work that goes into it and there is a lot of risk as well.

This is why I decided, after I crawled out of the pit, to pursue something different that had less risk and as much or more income potential.
I found this through a guy named James. And before we get to the review on Ted Thomas, I’m going to tell my story.

Can the Bruce Norris Real Estate Program Really Forecast Success For You?

Real Estate Investing Truth

Hey, how’s it going? Welcome to a castor oil dose of truth on the web.

You came here today to read my review on Bruce Norris.

And (turn your Bose-IPOD combo up for a sec)  just to make sure you and I are talking about the same guy, let me clarify.

I am talking about Bruce Norris the real estate guy, not Bruce Norris the playwright!

Before we jump into the review I would like to ask you why you chose to be here rather than good ole Facebook or Insta-whatever it’s called.

I mean here’s the usual I get from people that stop their Google go-carts and hang out with me for a bit.

When Is The Best Time To Buy Real Estate? Ask Dave Ramsey.

What’s up everybody… Today I am reaching out with a bit of a what if scenario to share with ya. Sometimes, I wonder what someone might tell us if we could interview them directly.

So that’s kind of how I put the info together for ya to take a peak at.

What if you could ask Dave? What might he suggest?

Here are my thoughts.

Dave by the way has been a favorite for me over the years. His direct no-nonsense way of handling his radio call-ins is pretty skilled, and I believe we can glean some wisdom from his perspective on the REI world.

Before I get to that though, gotta ask what’s got ya here? Trying to find out if you have a chance at the REI game?

Feel like a goldminer in the mid 1800s? I can relate. The call to the west to forge your own path….to freedom.

Looking for:

  • A phenomenally exciting life
  • Awakened inspiration,
  • Limitless possibility
  • Courage
  • and dreams fulfilled.

A Big Fat Look at William Nickerson’s Real Estate Offering

Hey, how’s it going ?

Welcome to the Real Estate Spy. I’m glad you dropped by.

You havin’ a great day? I am excited to sit here with ya and discuss a veteran in the REI world “armed forces”… William Nickerson.

and just a respectful note to William and his Fam…Thanks William for the legacy you left behind.

Before we get into the review on William Nickerson, lemme just toss you a couple of questions. I’m curious.

-What’s got ya here?

I mean what prompted your drop by. Obviously you have an interest in real estate investing. And probably in books about it.

But what brings you to the world of real estate?

Are you looking for an out from your day job? Looking for something that will bring in extra income on the side? Looking to escape your day job, be your own boss, make a bunch of cash?

Maybe you’ve heard stories about real estate investing and you want to dip your toes into it too. Is that it? You’ve heard about people who have done really well for themselves  and you want a piece of the action.

I totally get that. Everyone gets that! That was how I felt when I first got involved in real estate investing.

But let me tell you a little about my story. I jumped into real estate investing whole hog. There was no stopping me. You know… the “Baby, this thing was gonna make me rich. No holding back.” attitude.

However–and you can probably guess what’s coming now–I got obliterated like a 4 year old playing Mortal Kombat 3 with a pro.

I lost everything . And I mean, everything.

No need to say that that was a really crappy episode of my life.

What I didn’t see at the time was that I was in desperate need for some real mentorship. I was pretending to know what I didn’t know and while I was pretending that, I was also pretending that I wasn’t pretending. make sense?  prob not.

When did it change?

Robert Allen Critique: What does 9,999 have to do with Your Success?

robert allen, robert allen real estate, robert allen review, robert allen real estate program reviews

Before you declare your love for Robert Allen, read this review….

What’s up guys? Today I want to talk about Robert Allen and his complete offering, and the bigger question: can you have success by following his system?

Yesterday I sat with a friend, Scott, who was visiting from Minneapolis, Minnesota. The subject of business came up, and we began talking about what it really takes to get a business off the ground.

He told me that:

  • His first year in business, he lost money.
  • The second year he made a little bit of money (but not enough to live off of).
  • After finishing his taxes after the third year he called out to his wife and said… honey we made enough to live off of this year.

We both laughed and compared his story with Grant Cardone who said that he originally started his business and expected to replace his income in three months but it ended up taking three years. Out of that experience came his book the 10 X rule.

Have you heard of the concept that it takes around 10,000 hours to become an expert at something?  Most have. Scott and I speculated that this would take about three years. We figured that on average when you start a new business you spend 10 hours a day somehow involved with that business (even if it is just thinking about it).

If you do the math, you’d discover that at the end of three years the average business owner has most likely spent 10,950 hours in their new business.

So back to the question: can Robert Allen’s programs and books help you?

The Noteworthy News on Richards’ Real Estate Investing Publications and More

YOOO! how’s it going?

I’m glad you found your way to my real estate guru review site. Nice to have you stop by!

Before we jump into the review, I’d like to ask you a question.

Why are you here? I mean, other than the obvious–that you’re looking for the scoop on Jon Richards, or on his products.

Are you checking out income stream possibilities? Looking for something that’ll get you financial freedom? Sick of the 9-5 grind and needing something silky new?

I get all that, totally.

That was me, a few years ago. I jumped into real estate investing like a base jumper on a keg of Red Bull. I wanted financial freedom! And baby, I was sure that was the way to go.

That is until it all fell apart and I LOST ALL MY PROPERTIES AND THEN SOME.
