Before I get started I’m going to let you know that although the information that I found on Justin Giles is pretty cool,
I AM GONNA TAKE A RAINCHECK
You might ask me >>why.<<
If you are wondering….Then Watch the video on this page and on the site.
Now I am able to control digital properties without having the upfront financial strain of trying to buy houses, maintain good renters, or refurbishing flips.
Just for the record, I did NOT lose money to Justin Giles and as far as I can tell, I don’t see anything wrong with working with him. I do like his car though. Did you see it on his Youtube Chanel? Dayaammn.
Let’s continue on to the review.
I don’t think it is possible to do a whole lot of research on Justin Giles without coming across his affiliation with the company called GHI capital.
You do a little research about GHI capital you will find that Justin Giles is the guy behind it. His title is chief investment officer.
Justin Giles earned an economics degree from Cornell university. He is actually well published and magazines such as the Black Enterprise has featured him.
I came across some posts in seeking awful which is a well-known publication on stocks and the market. I am not hundred percent sure but I’m inclined to believe that he is the same man behind some of the publications.
However, I am going to insert a major disclaimer here. That info may not be accurate, and may be coincidental.
Moreover the information in this review is my opinion and should not be considered anything other than that.
He does however have a track record of having worked on Wall Street and has dealt with investment banks and was interested in creating a product that individuals could invest in that was directly tied to real estate.
In my search online, I’ve discovered that Justin Giles is a brilliant individual. I believe his IQ is most likely off the charts.
So does that make him someone who is worth following in real estate investing?
Most likely he is able to provide his followers tons of great advice he has experience managing over $150 million in real estate assets.
Can this help you?
Overall my belief in real estate investing is one of a love hate relationship.
On the one hand real estate investing is a great idea.
It is great to pursue something that gets you out of working for another individual.
In other places on this blog I’ve discussed that the only way for most people to do well financially is to own or operate their own business on some level.
Not having to punch a clock is one of the most important aspects of doing anything.
So, I love real estate because it offers you an opportunity… that if you play your cards right and get it right on the way in, you can do extremely well.
Really consider whether you have the time and financial backing to do real estate though.
I know that there’re a lot of seminars offered that claim to be no money down or wholesaling methods that promise to show you way to break into the real estate investing market without any Capital/Cash/Moolah.
But the truth is it is very difficult.
There’s also a huge temptation to leverage what you have in order to buy the real estate you so desperately want in order to follow and pursue your dreams.
That is the mistake that I made and when I bought a bunch of stuff in the market turn-down, I was left holding the bag.
In terms of products/podcasts/books that Giles currently has available for the new or seasoned investor, I did not find a slew of offerings.
I did find one book on Amazon called Learn to Fish and Eat Forever: The Ultimate Guide to Real Estate Investing. This is only available as a Kindle edition for $9.99. It was released in June 2014; there are no reviews.
Giles has a YouTube channel called Justin Giles. He currently has four videos on it. One was posted 11 months ago, called “Top Real Estate Investing Tips for Beginners.” The other three videos were all posted one month ago, and one of them has the Real Estate Gurus logo as the title page.
Giles has a presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. All of them are his professional pages, with links to his websites, TheREGurus.com and GHICapital.com (down as of this writing). But when it was up, it offered a $20/month Gold Membership.
What is Justin Giles’s focus in real estate?
Since Giles’s websites are not available at the time of this writing, it’s unclear what his investing focus is. It is apparent that his company–GHI Capital–is a newcomer to the scene and still in start-up mode. It was founded in 2012 with two employees; the estimated sales volume is $120,000.
Giles’s website, when available, should give you more insight as to whether or not you want to get on board with him. He is definitely an intelligent guy with some great financial management experience. Whether or not this qualifies him to coach you in your real estate investment projects toward your financial freedom goals might be too soon to tell.
