Let’s talk about Dean Graziosi Real Estate Investor and Trainer
You know, I love this guy’s style.
As your Real Estate Spy, let me tell you what I know.
Dean Graziosi basically teaches you how to do real estate investments without bringing your own money to the table. He teaches you to create and build a buyers list and a sellers list. Then, he teaches you how to broker the deal. You operate in between the two lists for a sweet commission of $5,000 to $10,000.
Just a note and compliment: He does brilliant marketing with his YouTube videos and online presence.
Dean helps you learn how to
- Make sense of the MLS (Multiple Listing);
- Rally REOs or real estate that is owned by banks;
- Take Advantage of Tax deeds;
- Penetrate Pre-foreclosures;
- Capture Craigslist listings
- Resource Real estate investment clubs,
- Activate Auctions for yourself,
- And some other ninja ways to find great deals.
Throught that he suggests you find cash buyers. You simply leverage your time for their cash. If you can bring them the deals they want, they will buy and they will cut you in. At least that’s the concept.
But you always have to ask the question how is Dean making money? Certainly in real estate, right? Of course, but there is another way that he is making money, and it is right in front of you. :)
I know you know, but I want you to reaaaaaally know.
Follow me back to the 70s and 80s.
I remember listening to all of the informational products that Carlton Sheets put out decades ago. You may not even know who that is at this point. However, he had a beautiful set of cassette tapes and promotional products to tell you exactly how to find real estate deals of a lifetime. Are you ready for it? WITH NO MONEY DOWN.
Sound familiar at all? Now, I am not saying that Mr. Graziosi has taken anything from Carlton Sheets or Robert Allen for that matter, what I am saying is that there is a big market for people like you and me who don’t have the money to put down to invest, who are willing to buy all of the products from a guru to tell you how.
Mr. Sheets really didn’t differentiate or care what area you were going into. Whether you wanted to buy single-family homes, multiple family homes, mobile homes and trailer parks. He could show you exactly how to make money with it.
Yet, where did he make his money? You guessed it. Selling products to guys like you and me!
OK just in case you didn’t know.
Do you know who made the most money during the gold rush?
It wasn’t the people that had left their homes in search of a better life. It wasn’t the people who panned for gold. It was the people who were selling the pics, pans and shovels….all the tools for the people that wanted to change their life and pan for gold.
So what is Dean really good at? He is really good at marketing. Where is he making a lot of money? He makes money by selling you the concept and the tools. So what is he really?
Dean Graziosi is a real estate guru who has become an Internet marketing guru.
Just ask yourself how did you find him to begin with? Word-of-mouth, maybe. However, have you watched any of his informational products online? PROBABLY :-) Like I said, he is a genius.
Dean Graziosi has used YouTube to exponentially grow a dynamic informational product series. That is what’s really happening.
He uses all of the same tactics as any marketer does. Maybe you have heard the concept that “facts tell and stories sell.”
Look at the mechanics behind what he does. He basically produces a YouTube video gets it published and gets traffic to it. Then he uses some facts to tell you how he makes money in real estate. Then he takes ordinary people and has them tell you their stories to sell you on the idea. The next thing you know you are ordering his latest CD and latest book.
The reason this works so well is because the testimonials are hand selected.
Now, there is nothing wrong with his investment strategies. I’m not actually putting him down here. I’m just trying to help you see what is really going on right before you. I’m like the magician’s worst nightmare. I see all of the magicians tactics because they’ve been used on me, and I have gone to school to learn them. That is how I became Director of Sales and Marketing for the last medical company I worked for.
I’ve gone out and gotten specific training on how these things work.
My education has cost a fortune. It is somewhere in the neighborhood of $78,800. That is not including my undergraduate studies or the losses I had in real estate. That would push my education way up. But, my point is in my education. It’s about what’s going on in front of you.
I get it. You’re desperate for change. You are desperately looking for a way out of the rut you are in. Trust me. I have been right where you are. Online looking for a solution.
So my recommendation is instead of learning how to do the real estate investing. Instead of being just another Goldminer. Why don’t you learn how these guys are really making money. Don’t do what they say, think about doing what they do.

There is a better way. Dean is an Internet marketing guru. He makes a lot of money online. Most likely, he doesn’t even have to go out and do any real estate deals if he doesn’t want to. He can sustain his living by selling you his concepts.
God bless the man. I love him for it. I respect him and admire him. But there is a better way.
